We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team at the Center for Learning and Autism Support Services (CLASS). As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in providing individualized field training to staff, supervising clients, and managing caseloads.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized field training to staff, including mentoring and coaching to support career advancement.
- Supervise clients, including conducting clinical meetings and ensuring comprehensive dissemination of information to staff and families.
- Manage caseloads, including overseeing communication with families and funding sources to ensure program hours are attained.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, gaining mastery of various protocols, and provide progress reports to funding sources and families.
- Provide field-based quality checks of therapists, monitor adherence to policy and procedures, and communicate with administrative staff.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, sociology, education, or a related field.
- Minimum two years' experience in a supervisory role, providing direction to multiple levels of staff.
- Advanced training in ABA and DTT.
- Ability to demonstrate understanding of Skinner's Analysis of Verbal Behavior, intensive early intervention, and natural environment teaching.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with executive staff, supervisory staff, and therapists.
- Ability to provide positive reinforcement and constructive feedback to motivate staff and achieve desired outcomes.
- Work well within collaborative teams to meet individual and corporate goals.
