Licensed Clinical Supervisor

The Clinical Supervisor at Care Partners plays a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services to our clients. This position is responsible for providing clinical supervision and support to staff and interns, ensuring compliance with professional standards, licensing, and clinical grant requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individual and group clinical supervision to direct services staff.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards, licensing, and clinical grant requirements.
- Develop and implement training programs for employees and interns.
- Respond to clinical emergencies and provide support as needed.
- Research and recommend evidence-based practices and best practices.
- Serve as a point person for clinical audits and concerns.
- California state license in psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy with a graduate degree.
- Completion of Clinical Supervision Certification, if applicable.
- At least five years of experience working in a behavioral health setting.
- Valid California driver's license.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with additional certification in Addiction Counseling.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices, including motivational interviewing and harm reduction models.
- Knowledge of substance use and mental health best practices.
- Culturally competent and able to work with diverse populations.
- Experience working with issues of substance abuse, mental health, and other barriers to economic self-sufficiency.
- Experience with Medi-Cal procedures, including billing and documentation.
