Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Care Partners is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor and Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision and support to staff and interns, ensuring compliance with professional standards and licensing requirements, and contributing to the development and implementation of our behavioral health programs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical supervision and support to staff and interns, including individual and group supervision, and on-site training.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant professional standards, licensing, and clinical grant requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our behavioral health programs, including research and recommendation of evidence-based practices and best practices.
- Collaborate with program directors and divisional/managing directors to hire and supervise new employees and interns.
- Represent Care Partners on the San Mateo County Leadership Team and participate in agency performance appraisals.
- California state license in psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy with a graduate degree in psychology, social work, or counseling.
- Completion of required Clinical Supervision Certification per BBS, if applicable.
- At least five years of experience working in a behavioral health setting.
- Valid California driver's license and First Aid and CPR certification within 60 days of employment.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with additional certification in Addiction Counseling.
- Must not be on active parole or probation.
- Knowledge of and experience with evidence-based practices, preferably motivational interviewing, Seeking Safety, the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) assessment, TF-CBT, and harm reduction models.
- Knowledge of substance use and mental health best practices, including culturally competent care and experience working with diverse populations.
- Experience in Medi-Cal procedures, including billing and documentation.
