Care Partners is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Supervisor to provide clinical supervision and support to staff and interns in our youth and adult outpatient and residential behavioral health programs in San Mateo County.
The successful candidate will ensure that all appropriate professional standards, licensing/certification, and clinical grant requirements are met. They will also be responsible for ensuring that San Mateo County programs and services are culturally proficient and client-centered.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate individual and group clinical supervision for direct services staff.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards, licensing/certification, and clinical grant requirements.
- Provide regular on-site trainings for employees and interns.
- Be available after-hours to respond to clinical emergencies.
- Research and recommend evidence-based practices and best practices.
- Serve as point person for clinical audits and concerns.
- California state license in psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy with a graduate degree in psychology, social work, or counseling.
- Completion of required Clinical Supervision Certification, if applicable.
- At least five years of experience working in a behavioral health setting.
- Valid California driver's license.
- First Aid and CPR certification within 60 days of employment.
