Job Title: Clinical and Administrative Supervisor

CORA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical and Administrative Supervisor to join our Mental Health team. As a key member of our supervisory team, you will provide clinical and administrative supervision to clinicians, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct weekly individual and group supervision of staff clinicians, graduate interns, and program coordinators as assigned and required by the BBS (Board of Behavioral Sciences) or other licensure boards.
  • Assess and direct continuous quality assurance/improvement, including quality planning and strategies, compliance, and corrective-action management experiences.
  • Review and approve case assessments, timesheets, clinical & service notes, and collaborate on treatment planning with direct service staff, volunteers, interns, and trainees to determine the most appropriate interventions and treatment modalities.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff/interns/volunteers to ensure the success, sustainability, resourcefulness, and ongoing development of program services within the department.
  • Ensure completion of annual staff evaluations and complete performance plans for direct reports.
  • Work with Clinical Supervisor(s) and Mental Health Manager to ensure oversight and management of case assessments, caseloads, clinical & service notes and collaborate on treatment planning with direct service staff and interns in order to determine the most appropriate interventions and treatment modalities.
  • Oversee and ensure the continuous professional development of staff within the department.
Requirements:
  • California licensure as an MFT, LCSW, or Psychologist is required. A minimum of a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 2 years management and 2 years clinical experience post-license in a non-profit or social service setting, and be qualified by the state to supervise licensed eligible staff.
  • Strong understanding of domestic violence, trauma-focused interventions, and trauma-informed practices.
  • Completion of 40-hour domestic violence training as mandated by the State of California.
  • Successful results upon hire from a DOJ Live Scan fingerprint clearance are required.
Mandated Reporter Status:

This position requires you to work with children, and your profession qualifies you as a mandated reporter of child abuse or neglect, which is found in California Penal Code Section. You are required to report suspected cases of abuse and neglect pursuant to California Penal Code Section.
