Clinical Supervisor

CORA is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Clinical/Administrative Supervisor to join our Mental Health team. As a key member of our supervisory team, you will provide clinical and administrative supervision to clinicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and mentor clinicians, graduate interns, and program coordinators to ensure they meet the highest standards of practice.
- Develop and implement quality assurance and improvement strategies to enhance program services.
- Collaborate with the Manager of Mental Health Services to oversee case assessments, caseloads, and treatment planning.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to ensure the success and sustainability of program services.
- Provide direct client services, including intakes, risk assessments, and individual, family, or group therapy.
- California licensure as an MFT, LCSW, or Psychologist is required.
- Minimum 2 years management and 2 years clinical experience post-license in a non-profit or social service setting.
- Strong understanding of domestic violence, trauma-focused interventions, and trauma-informed practices.
- Completion of 40-hour domestic violence training as mandated by the State of California.
- Successful results upon hire from a DOJ Live Scan fingerprint clearance.
