Clinical Supervisor

CLASS is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing individualized field training to staff, mentoring Clinical Assistants, and conducting clinical meetings to ensure comprehensive dissemination of information to staff and families.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or a related field, and a minimum of two years' experience in a supervisory role. They will also have advanced training in ABA and DTT, and expertise in program design, oversight, and management of employees.
Responsibilities- Provide individualized field training to staff, including mentoring Clinical Assistants to support career advancement.
- Conduct clinical meetings to ensure comprehensive dissemination of information to staff and families.
- Participate in clinical staff meetings to discuss program goals, progress, and challenges.
- Ensure contracts and billable hours are completed in accordance with approved authorizations.
- Oversee communication with families and funding sources to ensure program hours are attained.
- Effectively carry a caseload with an increasing variety of ages, diagnoses, and funding source requirements.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments under supervision, gaining mastery of a variety of protocols.
- Provide progress reports and conduct initial and ongoing meetings with funding sources and families.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum two years' experience in a supervisory role, providing direction to multiple levels of staff.
- Advanced training in ABA and DTT.
- Expertise in program design, oversight, and management of employees.
- Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with executive staff, supervisory staff, and therapists.
- Ability to provide positive reinforcement and constructive feedback to motivate staff and achieve desired outcomes.
- Work well within collaborative teams to meet individual and corporate goals.
