presents a remarkable opportunity for an experienced

Operations Supervisor

to join a distinguished team of professionals responsible for managing the

exclusive lounge facilities.


We are in search of a skilled individual who is dedicated to the task of crafting and delivering a high-end, culinary-focused experience within a meticulously designed travel sanctuary.

The ideal candidate will possess diverse menu expertise and experience in upscale dining service. This role requires a hands-on approach and prior experience in overseeing premium food production.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee procurement, menu adherence, inventory management, food cost evaluation, and production forecasting;
Ensure compliance with Sodexo Culinary standards, including recipe adherence and food quality;
Demonstrate the ability and willingness to inspire and develop team members to adopt culinary innovations;
Guarantee compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards; and/or
Possess knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree

or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years

Work experience in facilities management (e.g., maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds, custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food services (e.g., food operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) is preferred.
