Position Overview:
Financial Services Representative
Are you driven by a desire to assist others? As a Financial Services Representative, you will have the opportunity to focus on your professional growth while providing exceptional support to our clients. Your role will involve managing inbound inquiries, preparing for a future where you will represent Fidelity in our Investor Centers. Enhance your career in financial planning and advisory services at Fidelity through comprehensive training that will prepare you for your Series 7 & 66 licenses, personalized guidance, and recognition of your accomplishments.
What You Can Anticipate:
In your initial year, you will receive support from your onboarding leader as you engage in our industry-leading training program, balancing remote work with time spent in an Investor Center.
- License Acquisition: Achieve FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) Registered Representative status by preparing for and passing the SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 exams, all sponsored by Fidelity. This includes compensated study time, coaching, and tailored study plans.
- Skill Development: Spend four days a week working remotely and one day in an Investor Center, assisting clients with increasingly complex inquiries to enhance your skills. You will have dedicated time for professional development, networking, and online learning. Following your training, you will transition to full-time work in an Investor Center.
- Path to Success: Gain confidence and proficiency in client service as you embark on the wealth management development track, focusing on advanced skills that will further your career in financial planning.
