We are looking for a highly qualified Client Services Consultant to enhance our team. In this role, you will be tasked with delivering technical support and consulting services to our clients, ensuring their IT systems operate seamlessly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical assistance to clients through various communication channels.
- Diagnose and resolve intricate technical challenges related to hardware, software, and network systems.
- Work collaboratively with the Tier 1 support team to escalate and resolve issues promptly.
- Proactively oversee and maintain client systems to avert potential complications.
- Conduct routine system maintenance and updates for clients.
- Foster and sustain robust relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor for all IT-related inquiries.
- Identify areas for process enhancement and propose recommendations to improve client satisfaction.
- Document all client interactions and resolutions within our CRM system.
- Remain informed about the latest technologies and industry trends to provide optimal solutions to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a technical support or consulting capacity.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Customer-oriented with a strong dedication to delivering exceptional service.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are advantageous.
Contract Details:
This is a contractor position. The consultant will be expected to work onsite at client locations as required.
