What You Will Experience:

During your initial year, you will be guided by an onboarding leader through our comprehensive training program, which includes both remote work and in-person experiences.

  • Licensing Opportunities: You will become a FINRA Registered Representative by preparing for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off, and Series 66 licenses, all sponsored by Fidelity. This includes dedicated study time, coaching, and structured learning paths.
  • Skill Development: You will spend the majority of your time working remotely while also engaging with clients in an Investor Center. This will allow you to handle increasingly complex customer inquiries, enhancing your skills and knowledge.
