About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support our team at PUTMANGROUP. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic CPA and wealth management firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and develop knowledge of our firm's systems and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with firm technology and software applications.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, and 401K.
