Job Title: Business Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Support Coordinator to join our team at Wise Auto Group.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Accounting department, manage accounts payable and receivable, and assist with special projects.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Accounting department, including data entry and filing
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and accurate accounting
  • Assist with special projects, such as budgeting and forecasting
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration or accounting
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized accounting systems
