Job Title: Recruiter
Job Summary:
The Recruiter plays a critical role in assisting our clients with their recruitment strategy to assure successful completion of internal/external projects and/or to identify talent to fill direct-hire opportunities within our client organizations. This role is an ambassador for our candidates and will be responsible for assuring applicants have a world-class interview and onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attract finance & accounting, technology, and human resource talent
* Schedule and execute phone screens, in-person interviews, and client in-person interviews
* Consult candidates on resume preparation, trends in the market, and what to expect from their job search
* Stay up-to-date on market conditions, emerging trends within niche service verticals, and daily events that have an impact on the supply and demand for talent within our customer/candidate base
* Activities include but are not limited to sourcing, cold calling, qualifying prospects, marketing candidates
* Attend relevant networking events and promote brand recognition for PRSG within service verticals
* Develop and market external job postings via major job boards, social websites
* Maintain an adequate candidate pipeline to meet the client's forecasted demand for resources
* Properly document within proprietary technology to assure efficient delivery strategies are met
* Maintain a professional online presence that represents PRSG's brand appropriately in the marketplace
* Promote PRSG's services through participation in professional associations, recruitment events, and other external networking opportunities
* Develop and execute daily planned activities
* Participate in periodic training to enhance the representation of clients in HR management decisions
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Finance/Human Resources is required
* 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, HR, IT, or sales function
* CPA is helpful but not necessary
* PHRA certification is helpful but not necessary
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
* Tech-savvy - ability to effectively navigate multiple systems
* Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
