Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the pre-employment background check process, ensuring compliance with university policies and applicable employment laws.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including crafting engaging job advertisements, posting job ads on select job boards, and handling financial reporting and chargeback processes.
  • Assist with the coordination of child protection clearances and facilitate the order of pre-adverse and/or adverse action letters.
  • Analyze and prepare data and activity reports associated with talent acquisition and pre-employment background performance.
  • Monitor and handle ServiceNow tickets and shared email inboxes, ensuring timely response and escalation to appropriate contacts as needed.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in human resources, with previous experience supporting recruiting or staffing operations preferred.
  • Associate's degree required.
  • Successful background check.
