Job Overview

EHS Support is seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for positions spanning all departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment training for hiring teams, including usage of ATS.
  • Provide regular updates to the hiring team on progress, hiring targets, and key metrics.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings; schedule and facilitate interviews, partnering with hiring manager to ensure cultural and skills fit.
  • Promote and implement inclusive recruitment practices, ensuring a diverse range of qualified candidates is considered for each position.
  • Leverage social media, job boards, LinkedIn, campus events, and career fairs to promote our brand and employment opportunities.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience, from initial outreach to offer acceptance and assist in pre-onboarding setup.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support the development of employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, networking events, and relationship-building.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant recruitment experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring for specialized technical roles in environmental consulting services.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with recruiting for remote or geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communication, or related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Bookings.
  • Experience with Clear Company applicant tracking system.
