Partners For Quality is a non-profit organization committed to providing mental and behavioral health community-based services to children, adolescents, and families throughout Allegheny and Washington Counties.

As a Student Engagement Specialist, you will be part of a team that provides Intensive Behavioral Health Services, Service Coordination, Student Assistance, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and Family-Based Mental Health programs.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, drug and alcohol addiction, or education, and two years of paid experience working as a Student Assistance Program liaison or in the behavioral health field.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with school leaders and administrators to assist students experiencing barriers to academic achievement.
  • Coordinate recommended services for identified students and act as a consultant within assigned school buildings.
  • Attend SAP Core Team meetings, administer screenings, and implement Student Plans to promote student academic and personal success.
  • Link students to appropriate services, treatment providers, or community resources and monitor follow-through.
  • Provide postvention support services as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, drug and alcohol addiction, or education.
  • Two years of paid experience working as a Student Assistance Program liaison or in the behavioral health field.
  • Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, insurance, and inspection.

Estimated Salary: $37,000.00 per year.
