Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business leads
  • Execute cold outreach initiatives
  • Qualify and engage potential clients
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers
  • Utilize our CRM platform to forecast sales activities
  • Conduct outbound calls and face-to-face meetings to secure new business
  • Enhance customer loyalty and identify upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with leadership to meet corporate objectives

Your Accountabilities:

  • Achieve sales and profitability targets in your designated territory
  • Sell an average of 15 new units monthly under Planned Maintenance Agreements
  • Maintain a 90% renewal rate for PMA contracts

Your Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in outside industrial B2B sales, particularly in power generation and electrical systems
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Proven track record in new business development across the full sales cycle
  • Ability to work primarily remotely, with local travel as needed
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
