Job Description

At Food Lion, we are committed to providing an easy, fresh and affordable shopping experience to the communities we serve. As a Customer Service Lead, you will play a crucial role in achieving this goal by providing fast, easy, flexible and friendly service to our customers.

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front End Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining standards according to the Front End Standard Practice Manual, maximizing sales through excellent customer service, and ensuring store office functions are completed accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate will have effective communication and customer service skills, the ability to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job, and the physical ability to perform repetitive hand and arm motions, bend and lift products weighing up to 15 lbs, and stand for long periods of time.
