Customer Service Expert

We are seeking a skilled Customer Lead to join our team at Food Lion. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our customers' shopping experiences and contribute to the success of our organization.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they meet performance expectations and provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including cash handling, inventory management, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance overall store performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve results
