About the Job

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they meet performance expectations and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including cash handling, inventory management, and customer feedback
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance overall store performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve results
