We are a leading producer of security locker systems seeking skilled and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Techs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong ability to interact with customers, and a keen sense of customer service. Additionally, they must be mechanically savvy and able to perform routine maintenance tasks including daily cash collections and upkeep of our locker systems.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service to both customers and their guests
  • Daily cash collections and management
  • Maintenance and upkeep of locker systems
  • Performing routine mechanical repairs and troubleshooting

Successful candidates will have at least one year of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, fun, and possess a positive attitude.
