About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Production Planner, Raw Materials to join our team at Victoria's Secret. As a key member of our production planning team, you will be responsible for leading the raw material planning activities for our brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the raw material planning activities for a brand, working under general direction and independently handling complex issues and product responsibilities.
  • Use strong problem-solving skills and industry knowledge to resolve complex issues, influencing cross-functional teams and complex issue resolution with all levels of leadership.
  • Maintain an intense focus on cost and speed as it relates to your book of business, and have a broader scope and more strategic view on costing and speed as it relates to your books of business.
  • Develop and implement raw material planning strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials to production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production planning, sourcing, and logistics, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage and analyze raw material data, including capacity planning, seasonal projections, and commitment management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of raw materials.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to direct reports, and manage their performance and growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related area or equivalent experience.
  • 6-8 years of experience in a retail production and sourcing environment, preferably with experience working with regional partners.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the supply/vendor base and global manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, with proven Excel skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Detailed understanding of product cost.
  • Experience in bringing flexibility and read-and-react capability to production processes.
  • Proven influencing and negotiation skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $82,500.00 to $112,665.00, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
