About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Instructional Designer to join our team at Bath & Body Works. As a key member of our Strategic Selling team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative learning solutions that enhance the customer experience in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Strategic Selling Manager to assess and implement an evolved selling model that improves the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, field partners, and stakeholders to understand target audience and content needs, and develop learning and performance outcomes.
  • Create engaging training resources, including videos, eLearnings, instructor-led meetings, and reference materials, to build and sustain field knowledge and behaviors.
  • Influence and partner with field leaders to provide a field-led filter to learning solutions, including role-specific training for District Sales Leaders, store-level leadership, and associates.
  • Consistently gather feedback to assess gaps and recommend solutions to drive results.
  • Apply project management fundamentals to build detailed project plans, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design or creating learning content via different modes of delivery.
  • Retail background and store selling/operations experience preferred.
  • Proven success in establishing rapport with business partners, working on larger teams, and collaborative work habits.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and process-oriented, with the ability to handle and lead multiple complex projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify issues/opportunities and drive alignment and prioritization.
  • Strong communication skills, including listening, probing for understanding, and articulating messages in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Articulate Storyline and Rise, and Adobe Creative Suites.
  • Travel requirements: 20%.
