Requirements:

  • Analytical and Strategic Skills: Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to synthesize raw data into actionable campaign optimization strategies.
  • Collaboration and Communication Skills: Outstanding cross-group collaboration, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and executive presentation skills.
  • Self-Motivation and Initiative: Strong initiative and self-motivation. A self-starter who is able to take ownership of their projects as well as come up with and pitch new ideas.
  • Adaptability and Prioritization: The ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment, as well as manage multiple and competing priorities.
  • Curiosity and Digital Literacy: A mindset that is curious, data literate, and digital first.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
