Requirements:

  • CRM Marketing Experience: 3+ years of experience working in a CRM marketing role.
  • Subscription-Based Business: An understanding of a subscription-based business and subscription economics.
  • Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to synthesize raw data into actionable campaign optimization strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding cross-group collaboration, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and executive presentation skills.
  • Self-Motivation: Strong initiative and self-motivation. A self-starter who is able to take ownership of their projects as well as come up with and pitch new ideas.
  • Adaptability: The ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment, as well as manage multiple and competing priorities.
  • Curiosity: A mindset that is curious, data literate, and digital first.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to self-prioritize and foresee challenges (and plan for them accordingly).
  • Brand Passion: A passion for and understanding of eTeam Inc. brands, customers, and products.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience.
