• Establish and enforce Enterprise Architecture standards, including principles, templates, and governance processes, to ensure consistency and quality across the organization.
• Design and implement the Enterprise Architecture operating model, scope, and implementation blueprint, ensuring seamless integration with business and IT strategies.
• Implement Architecture Governance and effectively manage metrics to measure the effectiveness of Enterprise Architecture initiatives.
• Enforce processes for Enterprise Architecture Content Management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to support informed decision-making.
• Create Architecture Patterns and Reference Architectures to provide a foundation for future architecture development and innovation.
• Develop innovative Enterprise Architecture solutions, focusing on current state analysis, transformation, rationalization, and tech debt assessment, to drive business value and growth.
• Define roles and responsibilities for different architecture functions, ensuring clear accountability and ownership.
• Collaborate with diverse business and IT stakeholders to articulate architecture requirements and translate them into effective Enterprise Architecture solutions.
• Understand and establish connections across various architecture domains, including Business, Application, Data, and Technology Architecture, to ensure a cohesive and integrated architecture.
• Utilize Enterprise Architecture tools, such as ARIS, Lean IX, Signavio, and Alfabet, to support architecture development and implementation.
• Utilize Enterprise Architecture modeling frameworks, including Archimate, BPMN 2.0, and EPC, to create accurate and detailed architecture models.
• Evaluate Enterprise Architecture tool features and recommend suitable solutions to meet client needs, ensuring effective tool utilization and ROI.
• Develop and deliver training materials on Enterprise Architecture concepts, standards, and processes, to educate and upskill stakeholders.
• Identify and implement best practices for Enterprise Architecture processes, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the organization remains competitive and innovative.
