Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate - Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing product information, resolving issues, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
  • Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
  • Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel services to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
  • Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
  • Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers.
  • Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
