Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sr. Automotive Sales Associate to join our team at Dave Cross Buick GMC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing exceptional sales service, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Vehicle Sales: Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by providing expert knowledge of our product offerings, features, and benefits.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest vehicle technology, features, and packages to provide customers with informed purchasing decisions.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Availability: Available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong knowledge of vehicle features, benefits, and technology.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional and well-groomed appearance at all times.
