Job Summary

BD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a territory of existing accounts to maximize sales volume and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a territory of existing accounts to maximize sales volume and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
  • Conduct regular meetings with key decision makers to review current programs and develop plans for future growth.
  • Prepare and submit reports required by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Engineering, or other relevant field.
  • Minimum of two years experience in medical device industry with proven track record of success selling complex medical devices.
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of clinical segment, product line, market, competition, and pricing strategy.
  • Knowledge of hospital procurement processes and procedures, contract negotiations, group purchasing organizations, and governmental agencies involved in health care delivery.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
