Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant functions, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory oversight.
- Train, guide, and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer service and adhere to brand standards.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols while maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
- Oversee food quality and presentation, addressing any concerns swiftly and proactively.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and understanding.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at boosting sales, enhancing efficiency, and increasing profitability.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, expectations, and performance insights.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness across the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen spaces.
- Supervise maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the restaurant remains in top condition.
- Monitor and manage food and labor expenses to align with established financial goals.
- Oversee the hiring and recruitment process, ensuring the selection of candidates who reflect the restaurant's values and standards.
- Prior experience in restaurant management or a similar role is essential.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, kitchen management, and customer relations.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Food handler's certification or a willingness to obtain one.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is crucial.
