Duties and Responsibilities
  • Achieve financial targets through effective sales and project oversight.
  • Engage in project reviews and track progress.
  • Drive business growth through both B2B and retail channels, exploring new sales opportunities.
  • Monitor key client relationships and project activities.
  • Assist in recruiting skilled personnel and tradespeople.
  • Analyze sales performance and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct site inspections and generate project scopes with property owners.
  • Utilize estimating software for accurate loss assessments.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects meet established gross profit margins.
  • Build and maintain relationships with insurance professionals.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for new project inquiries.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and client relations.
  • Establish and adhere to project timelines.
  • Gather all necessary documentation upon project completion.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Project Supervisor in restoration or construction.
  • Proficient in using computers and tablets.
  • Familiarity with estimating software, such as Xactimate, is preferred.
  • Relevant industry certifications, including IICRC and Lead, are advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Willingness to participate in an on-call schedule.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary is commensurate with experience, ranging from $35,000 to $55,000 annually. Comprehensive benefits including 401K, Paid Time Off, and Paid Holidays are available upon hire.
