Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue prospective clients to broaden the firm's clientele.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with both existing and potential clients.
  • Enhance retention and growth of assigned clients and prospects.
  • Evaluate market trends and industry dynamics to deliver superior data and analytics for clients.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to generate new business and meet sales objectives.
  • Monitor and report on sales metrics, client insights, and market changes.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of the Trade Credit insurance sector, products, and services, fostering strong relationships with key insurance underwriters.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on daily tasks, including interactions with underwriters and clients.
  • Assist in gathering submission information alongside relevant external and internal contacts.
  • Provide ongoing support and service to clients throughout the broking process and engagement duration.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in client presentations, encompassing both technical writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Utilize effective negotiation techniques.
  • Leverage available technology throughout the broking and client service processes.
  • Replicate successful products and solutions while creating broking opportunities.
  • Enhance broker skills through team projects and strategic discussions.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Trade Credit insurance.
  • Exceptional negotiation abilities.
  • Proven relationship-building skills.
  • Active P&C License must be obtained within the initial months of employment.
Educational Background:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
