Job Overview

The HR Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Human Resources division.

This position emphasizes Learning & Development while providing exposure to various HR functions, including Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits & Wellness, HR Technology & Analytics, HR Operations, and Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Offer administrative assistance to the HR department and leadership team.

- Organize HR meetings and events, managing calendar schedules, sending invitations, reserving conference rooms, tracking attendance, and registering guests.

- Provide coverage for the HR hotline and mailbox, ensuring prompt and quality responses while safeguarding confidential information.

- Maintain the team intranet and SharePoint sites to enhance user experience.

- Create PowerPoint presentation materials.

- Analyze data and survey results, compiling findings into reports for the leadership team.

- Assist with on-demand learning administration, including user account management, course adjustments, and report generation.

- Manage and track departmental invoices using ChromeRiver and maintain expense reports.

- Support departmental communication, correspondence, ad hoc reporting, and projects.

- Address general employee inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate parties as needed.

- Perform additional duties, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills

- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and SharePoint.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent follow-up abilities.

- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Keen attention to detail.

- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Capability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality regarding personnel information.

- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, demonstrating courtesy and diplomacy with all personnel and external representatives.

- Highly reliable with a proven track record of effective administrative and clerical performance in achieving responsibilities and objectives.

- Strong administrative and data management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

- Prior relevant experience in Human Resources.

Required Experience

- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience is required.

Preferred Experience

- Two to three years of previous administrative experience is preferred.

Required Education

- High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.

Preferred Education

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Salary Information

NY only:
The estimated base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $65,000.

The actual salary offered will depend on various factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience, education level, certifications, and, if applicable, the applicant's location.

This role is non-exempt, meaning it is eligible for overtime pay.
