Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Property Management Director to join our team at the Low Income Housing Institute.

About the Role

This is a senior-level management position responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple housing properties in the region. The successful candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of area managers and site staff to ensure effective property operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, minimize expenses, and improve property performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate insurance claims, contract services, and capital repair projects to ensure timely and cost-effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including development, finance, and human resources, to achieve organizational goals.
  • Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain high standards of property maintenance and resident satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in senior-level property management, facilities management, or housing programs and services.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and liability insurance required.
Benefits

The Low Income Housing Institute offers a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, and sick leave. Employees accrue 116 hours of vacation time during the first year and receive 11 paid holidays.
