We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Professional to join our team at Metropolitan Management Co in Seattle. The ideal candidate will have experience managing 100+ unit apartment buildings and possess excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing smaller multifamily properties, preparing and executing rental agreements, and maintaining digital files in our property management software system. You will also be expected to rent collection, communicate with residents on payment plans, post notices, and follow up on late rents.

The salary for this position is estimated to be $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience, with additional earnings potential through leasing commissions. We offer a diverse work environment where new ideas are encouraged and hard work is recognized. This position is part-time, 3 days a week, Friday-Sunday, with potential for full-time employment.
