The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Maintenance Director to join our team at Coast Property Management. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of properties and maximizing their financial returns. This involves managing a roving team of maintenance staff servicing unstaffed properties, coordinating staff, work orders, and materials for turns and maintenance requests, conducting periodic property inspections, and providing coaching or training for building engineers and other maintenance personnel. Additionally, you will assist community and property managers with enforcing operating and maintenance procedures and facilitate the development of L247 to include PM programs for each property. Furthermore, you will be responsible for monthly reporting on PM progress at each site using L247 to property manager and holding site teams accountable to complete monthly tasks.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in property management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders. You should also be proficient with property management software platforms, preferably Yardi and ResMan. As a Regional Maintenance Director, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and personally while working with a talented team of individuals. The salary range for this position is approximately $42.00 to $42.20 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement.
