Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of regional properties, including property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, increase revenue, and reduce expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HUD, LIHTC, HOME, Section 8, and other affordable housing programs.
  • Lead and manage a team of area managers, staff, and vendors to achieve operational excellence.
