Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Real Property Associates in Seattle, Washington. This role will assist a successful property manager in overseeing single-family and multifamily residential units in North Seattle.

The ideal candidate will have at least six months of property management experience and be dedicated to a career path in this field. Key responsibilities include leasing, vendor management, tenant relations, and maintenance coordination.

A salary of $22-$24 per hour is offered for this full-time position. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, monthly cell phone reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, and a leasing bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing: Advertise rentals, schedule showings, assemble leases, and ensure lease terms are correct and enforced.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors, manage proposals, track work orders, and meet on-site to review maintenance issues.
  • Tenant Management: Maintain communication, respond to questions, and resolve complaints.
  • Maintenance and Property Services: Inspect properties, ensure services are performed as promised, and maintain building systems.
