About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Property Management Coordinator to join our team at Peak Living Property Services. About the Salary

  • $70,000 - $90,000 per year (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations, including move-ins, move-outs, and rent collection
  • Communicate with residents, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records, track performance metrics, and analyze data to inform decisions
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING AND PROSPECTIVE RESIDENTS, VENDORS, AND CONTRACTORS
  • STAY UP-TO-DATE ON LOCAL MARKET TRENDS AND ADJUST STRATEGIES ACCORDINGLY
