We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Marketing Team in Miami, Florida. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing public relations programs to create and maintain a positive public image for Royal Caribbean Group.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in media relations, with experience in pitching and engaging reporters, facilitating media interviews, and supporting executives. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining key professional relationships with significant media outlets and key journalists.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, including promotions, press trips, press conferences, and executive briefings. You will also be responsible for tracking press coverage and writing coverage reports analyzing the output and success of media relations efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement public relations programs to create and maintain a positive public image for Royal Caribbean Group.
  • Build and maintain key professional relationships with significant media outlets and key journalists.
  • Support executives in media interviews and other public relations activities.
  • Track press coverage and write coverage reports analyzing the output and success of media relations efforts.
  • Develop and execute strategies to address communication challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in pitching and comfortable reaching out to top-tier media.
  • Flexibility to work outside normal hours and travel as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
