Global Business Development Director

Luminary Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Business Development Director to spearhead data partnerships with other businesses in the Real World Evidence space. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Real World Insights and a proven track record of managing enterprise client accounts and achieving sales targets.

This role involves:

  1. Managing and developing a portfolio of enterprise client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all their Real World Insights needs;
  2. BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING C-LEVEL EXECUTIVES, PROJECT MANAGERS, AND DATA SCIENTISTS;
  3. Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation and ongoing support for client accounts;
  4. Identifying and pursuing opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth, including upselling and cross-selling of Real World Insights solutions;
  5. Providing regular reports on client account performance, including sales metrics, revenue projections, and customer satisfaction;
  6. Attending industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise level partnerships and alliances. In-depth knowledge of Real World Insights and its applications in healthcare and pharmaceutical industries is required. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously, are essential.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
