Job Summary

Uline is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology.

  • Communicate with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions.

  • Help customers navigate our website and online ordering system.

  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
