**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to join our vibrant Boston team. As a key member of our recruiting team, you will play a critical role in facilitating the recruitment process for summer associate, entry-level, lateral associate, and patent agent roles.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the Boston Recruiter and Law School Attorney Recruiting team with planning and executing the summer program, tracking the budget, and attending Boston-based events as required.
  • Collaborate with the IP Attorney Recruiting team on planning and executing patent agent recruitment events.
  • Assist with gathering evaluations, coordinating check-ins and reviews, and facilitating the Boston summer associates' offer process.
  • Handle administrative aspects of on-campus and entry-level recruiting, including registration for on-campus interviews and job fairs, interview scheduling, candidate monitoring, correspondence, and coordination of the Boston office's onboarding processes.
  • Foster strategic relationships with Career Services professionals, law school student groups, search firms, and others to boost the firm's recruiting strategies and brand awareness.
  • Assist with the onboarding and integration of new hires and helping with the Boston summer, fall, lateral, and patent agent hires' integration activities.
  • Coordinate with various teams across the firm to enhance our diversity, integration and retention efforts.
  • Coordinate onsite recruiting and attorney integration and appreciation events with the Boston Recruiter, Office Administrator, Site Manager, and Receptionist.
  • Update and maintain recruiting records and creating reports from the firm's Applicant Tracking System and Workday.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least one year of professional recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services, is preferred.
  • Ability to set priorities, work independently and handle a variety of duties effectively under time constraints.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Superior analytical, attention to detail, planning and organizational skills.
  • Motivated, creative mindset with the ability to make sound business decisions.
  • Understanding of unconscious bias and its impact on recruiting and hiring.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of firm personnel and external clients.
  • Knowledge of the attorney recruiting process and legal employment issues is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and applicant tracking systems, ideally Workday, viRecruit, and Flo Recruit.
