Job Summary

The Inside Sales Representative is a key role within Motorola Solutions, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue through direct sales efforts. This position requires a strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and quotas.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify sales opportunities and close deals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Motorola Solutions remains competitive in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
