Job Title: Inside Sales Advisor

WorldStrides is a global leader in educational travel and experiential learning. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage product knowledge and consultative sales skills to effectively close sales and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications, including answering incoming calls, emails, and chats, and conducting proactive outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Manage and nurture a robust pipeline of customers, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent communication to maximize conversion rates and sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both partners and customers, collecting and relaying feedback to support continuous business improvement and success.
  • Represent the WorldStrides brand, effectively communicating the organization's mission, values, and purpose in all interactions.
Requirements:
  • At least 1+ years of sales experience with an emphasis on consultative sales.
  • Exceptional consultative sales skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office products.
  • Ability to learn additional computer products to support business, strong keyboarding and computer skills, and ability to work in a professional atmosphere.
  • Demonstrated initiative, customer orientation, and team player skills, with exceptional customer service skills and strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Available to work during regular business hours of 8am - 8pm EST, Monday - Sunday unless otherwise specified by Management or Human Resources.
