Inside Territory Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in directly selling Motorola Solutions products and services, achieving opportunity-based sales quotas for a designated set of accounts.
This role requires a strong phone presence, superior communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Salesforce.
Key responsibilities include:
- Aggressively prospecting and qualifying potential clients through outbound calling, email initiatives, and industry events.
- Attending customer-specific meetings, conferences, and technology forums as directed by the sales team.
- Learning and understanding assigned territory government processes, including State Term Schedules, Purchase Ordering Processes, Request for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotations (RFQ), and sealed bids.
- Possessing a strong phone presence and superior communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Salesforce.
- Bachelor's Degree or 1+ years of sales/customer service experience.
