Job Overview:

This role requires a skilled sales professional to partner with a Clinical Diabetes Specialist and launch new insulin pump products in the assigned territory. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of diabetes therapeutics, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop targeted sales strategies with CDS to achieve territory goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with healthcare providers to increase prescription rates.
  • Deliver superior customer experiences to drive product adoption.
  • Stay current with industry developments and provide expert insights to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Represent Sequel at industry events to raise awareness about our products.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience with a consistent track record of achievement.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Senior Role: 4+ years of sales experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals, with a history of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $185,000 - $215,000, inclusive of base pay and target incentives, depending on individual performance.
