Job Overview:
This role requires a skilled sales professional to partner with a Clinical Diabetes Specialist and launch new insulin pump products in the assigned territory. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of diabetes therapeutics, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop targeted sales strategies with CDS to achieve territory goals.
- Foster strong relationships with healthcare providers to increase prescription rates.
- Deliver superior customer experiences to drive product adoption.
- Stay current with industry developments and provide expert insights to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Represent Sequel at industry events to raise awareness about our products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- At least 2 years of sales experience with a consistent track record of achievement.
- Valid driver's license.
- Senior Role: 4+ years of sales experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals, with a history of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $185,000 - $215,000, inclusive of base pay and target incentives, depending on individual performance.
