About the Job

We are seeking an Independent Sales Contractor/1099 position in York, Lancaster, Gettysburg PA, and surrounding cities to represent our company, Mitchell 1, a division of Snap-on Inc.

Mitchell 1 has been a leader in providing information solutions that simplify everyday tasks for automotive professionals for over 100 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell our industry-leading automotive repair and management software to customers in assigned territory.
  • Earn 30% to 80+% commission rate on all sales made.
  • Enjoy flexible work hours and paid every two weeks.

This outside sales territory includes York, Lancaster, Gettysburg PA, and surrounding cities.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to network/self-market to gain self-generated leads.

We offer lucrative commission pay structure - NO CAP on commissions, up to $22,000 new rep bonus within the first 4 months, and ongoing sales support, product support, and marketing material.
