About the RoleWe are seeking a creative, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our Laboratory sales team in our New York territory. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling Laboratory Diagnostic Equipment to acute care hospitals and non-acute care facilities. You will work closely with field sales representatives to uncover lab POC leads and determine the best fit for each customer.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage your territory with an entrepreneurial spirit and franchise mentality
- Collaborate with acute care reps, non-acute care reps, and IDN market directors within your specific region
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience
- Previous experience selling in hospital and/or healthcare industry
- Successful negotiation, strategic planning, and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of Clinical Laboratory Reimbursement
- Estimated salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
