Sales Development Representative

Job Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
- Qualify leads conduct thorough research to understand potential customers' needs, pain points, and business challenges.
- Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team to showcase our solutions and services.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and nurturing.
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage lead activity and update customer information accurately.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales development, lead generation or similar roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers.
- Strong phone presence and ability to engage customers in meaningful conversations.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Familiarity with document management solutions or related technologies is a plus.
